Roles and Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance and Accreditation Committee
Ensure the establishment and maintenance of quality assurance principles and systems in the department in harmony with the quality assurance committees and coordinations of the university and the dean’s office
Continue accreditation studies and make recommendations to the committees and coordinations within the scope of these studies
Determine the duties of department committees and coordinations, ensure their functioning, and establish compatibility among them
Inspect the documents and evidence of all meetings conducted by the committees and coordinations
Ensure communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, organize necessary meetings with these stakeholders, document them, and archive them
Organize surveys measuring quality criteria, ensure participation in relevant surveys organized by higher units, and evaluate the results
Inspect all Pukö cycles prepared by all committees and coordinations
Inspect individual Pukö cycles of department members and ensure their archiving
Record, inspect, and archive the documents and evidence of all meetings, activities, and Pukö cycles related to the committee’s duties, and ensure their submission to the archiving coordinator
