The Department of Philosophy at Dokuz Eylül University was established in 1998 and began admitting students in 2011. Today, it offers education at both undergraduate and graduate levels. The department currently has six academic staff members: four professors, one research assistant with a PhD, and one research assistant.
Its educational programs, research activities, and public engagement efforts are continuously updated and developed. The department offers bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degree programs.
